Skin Needling is my absolute favourite treatment. It causes a controlled injury to the skin by puncturing the skin with hundreds of tiny micro needles,  stimulating the skins own natural wound healing response causing the cells to rush to the area to "fix" the skin. This stimulates the fibroblasts to lay down new collagen fibres. The results keep on coming up to 18 months after the treatment as those baby collagen fibres grow. 

First I numb the treatment area with a topical anesthetic for 20 minutes before removing the numbing cream section by section and applying a treatment serum to infuse deep into the skin as I pass over the area with the micro-needling device.

then any blood is wiped away and a soothing after care cream is applied.

The main things to be aware of is that your skin will be VERY red the day of the treatment and can peel off and refresh the week after similar to a chemical peel
